Client Reviews

I have found Victoria and the team to be incredibly competent at managing my property. Victoria is also very fair on tenants which I find very reassuring. I have been very hands off as the ability of Victoria to manage is exemplary. 10/10 would recommend if you want a PM that actually does what they say they will.

I m with them 7 years, n always very happy with the job.

They respond fast and accomodating. The agent respond fast to our concerns and get back to us as soon as possible. They’re good with communication and the transaction was fast and easy. It was a great experience.

Very Professional . Radi Estates have been exceptionally professional and helpful in managing our transition from self-managing our rental to having it managed by “the experts”. Very happy with the “can do” indeed “Will do” attitude. We are happy and looking forward to working with Radi into the future.

First class experience. Steve and Radi Estates are a pleasure to work with. They sold our property in Bayswater recently, and have sold for us previously also. Steve is a professional in all aspects, his market knowledge is very good too. Probably what we appreciated the most is Steve actually took the time to sit with us and discuss marketing strategy and property presentation on more than one occasion. As a result of the preparation and attention to detail, we got a quick sale, a good price and short settlement period which is what we were after. Steve’s communication was on point during the campaign, and all the way through to settlement. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Radi Estates for the past nine years, first for renting out my properties and more recently for selling two apartments. Both sales exceeded my expectations. The service is impeccable. As a family-run business, you deal directly with the owners, who are always professional, friendly, and efficient.
